Flipped through Beautiful last night and of course felt very inspired. Brown wood and brass give lend such depth and interest to light neutrals and blues and whites.

Think of your favorite beach you’ve ever been to...aaaaahhh. I’m happiest when I can see water, and I love island- and coastal-inspired decor. I wouldn’t necessarily put all these things in the same room, but a little coastal touch can work almost anywhere.

We still have a little while to go until winter melts into spring, but it will come! Spring has been my new favorite season the past few years, because it’s been so beautiful in Charleston. Cool and sunny without the bugs and sweat quite yet. 😉 These finds totally match that “feeling” for me!
