Some of my favorite tried-and-true kitchen items...all available on Amazon! (These would also be perfect wedding registry items.) My kitchen isn't as white and bright as I'd like it to be, but I find that white/simple/clean-lined small appliances and accessories on the countertops help make the space look great (without the kitchen-reno pricetag).
